RK stepped through the large sign's glowing O. Something seemed different; he couldn't quite place his finger on it. Was it that it was now the early morning hours, and the square was quiet and empty? Maybe, but that wasn't quite what seemed off. Thinking about it, he took another step forward, climbing down to the concrete arount the reflecting pool, and felt a tug on one of his legs like he was tripping. From behind him.

The dog glanced over his shoulder, quickly noticing the typo in his hometown's name. "Taur"? He glanced back, and yep, there were two more legs he had to keep track of now. At least he was gonna fit in once everyone else in this universe woke up…

I think this might be the first time I've ever drawn a fur in this 6-limbed shape; how is it for a first attempt? Definitely not going to be a permanent thing, but I couldn't resist the pun once I thought about it.

The setting for this pic's wide shot is based on Nathan Phillips Square, in front of Toronto's city hall.

Looks like Jayne has taken this doggo to a nice secluded pond and turned him into a pool tube so she could float around with him. Not that this bird needs any extra buoyancy today…

At least RK doesn't mind. I think, it's kinda hard to tell behind that permagrin.

Oh, what's that? There's an election in three weeks? Looks like RK really wants Canadian furries to show up at the ballots!

I mean, we just had a provincial election where 55% of elgible voters decided to stay home, telling the system that the incumbent corrupt and bigoted premier calling a snap election to avoid additional scrutiny was just as good as the opposition candidates.

Yes, that's effectively what happens when abstaining, spoiling, or making "protest" votes for obscure third party candidates. Functionally, it has the same effect on the election's outcome as casting a ballot for every single candidate.

Let's not make that mistake again and actually show up this time, eh? I'm not going to say who to vote for here (it depends on you riding), but anyone who knows me can probably figure out my political leanings.

Got an email from my dad with some photos from the trip we took together at the end of January. Including this one of me riding our cruise ship's rollercoaster. That was fun!

Not my first time doing a drawover (last one was 14 years ago, but unlike that one, I'm keeping the original photo visible).

This was from a family cruise trip we booked back in 2023. It was my first time on one, and aside from catching something halfway through, I enjoyed it.

Waking up with antlers and hoof hands? Glowy nose? Urge to give all your friends presents? Sounds like you've come down with Rudolph Syndrome.

Don't worry, symptoms only seem to fade away after a few weeks, and almost always disappear around the new year. In the meantime, you can still live a perfectly normal life as a reindeer hybrid. Just remember to wear a sleep mask at night because the glow will not turn off.

Was inspired to play around with another TF yesterday after another toon fur did it to their own characters. Also decided to play around with shading since RK's new light source is so close.

With how similar my handle looks to a certain firedoggo, and how often people assume my name has to do with the franchise, I figured it would be funny to play into that by giving RK a grumpy arcanine TF I can use use every time someone mispronounces his name.

It was also an opportunity to play with that design to figure out what RK would look like if he WAS an arcanine. Well, a very yellow one at least.

After visiting a pooltoy TF beach last year, it looks like Bremner decided to invite his friend, RK, for a trip. Not sure what that doggo was expecting, but I don't think this was on his bingo card.

I'm not sure if RK approves of this new look, but Bremner definitely enjoys making fun of that reaction.
